Quarantine Wellness Routine

This podcast episode is about establishing and maintaining a daily wellness routine especially in times of high stress. We all know that studying for exams can cause stress and make us feel overwhelmed. I am currently learning about how stress can affect our performance, lead to burnout, and how the release of stress hormones like cortisol can suppress our immune system and even provoke insomnia. I always like to create a positive, encouraging, and calm work environment using tools like essential oils and instrumental music!
