This podcast episode is about establishing and maintaining a daily wellness routine especially in times of high stress. We all know that studying for exams can cause stress and make us feel overwhelmed. I am currently learning about how stress can affect our performance, lead to burnout, and how the release of stress hormones like cortisol can suppress our immune system and even provoke insomnia. I always like to create a positive, encouraging, and calm work environment using tools like essential oils and instrumental music!
This episode is about self-love, how the journey began for me, and where I am now. It’s certain that your journey may look very different from mine or very similar, but nevertheless, I hope you are able to take something away from it!
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” In this episode we discuss relationships, their implications for our wellness, and how today’s society has impacted them especially for the younger generations. I was able to interview @chengisworld who is a relationship expert as well as my dear friends @lade.gbolade and @daboyzack for their inputs on this topic! I hope you enjoy it!
